"FALL/WINTER 2024-2025 HOT LUNCH CYCLE"

ORDER DUE DATE OCTOBER 7TH, 2024

1) Online Registration

****PLEASE NOTE*** YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR A NEW ACCOUNT EVERY SEPTEMBER.  THIS ENSURES THAT THE SYSTEM IS UPDATED WITH PARENTS AND CHILDREN WHO STILL ATTEND OUR SCHOOLS.  THIS ALSO HELPS TO ENSURE THAT EACH CHILD IS ATTACHED TO THEIR CORRECT TEACHER.   THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR REGISTERING.

• Go to https://twinriversandcp.hotlunches.net
• Click on "Click Here to Register"
• Enter Access Code: TRHL
• Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week) 
• Be sure your student is attached to the proper teacher.  Each new school year you will have to go in and update their teacher, (if appllicable)
• Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

2) Online Ordering

• From the menu at the top, select “Orders”, then “Student Orders”
• Enter the hot lunches for each child, as desired
• The “Print” button lets you view a summary of your orders

3) Payments

• Click Pay Online, when you have a balance outstanding, you will see a payment form on the page to fill out with your credit card information.
• Cash or Cheque (payable to Twin Rivers PAC) must be delivered to school by the deadline
• For any other arrangements, please email trcphotlunch@gmail.com prior to ordering
